What's the deadline for package arrival, anyway? I checked the OP, but I think it was edited out when we switched from registration to stalk mode.
The normal rule is your santee should have their gifts by the new year.
If they don't, the Santa needs to be pretty vocal about what's going on and why. At that point, it's all context as to whether or not the Santa was a slacker, or just fell on some misfortune.
If the Santee doesn't get their gift by new year, and no contact is made, usually Doc sends them a PM giving them 24 hours to explain themselves.
There's also a few people who have mentioned getting their gifts but never made an actual loot post, so I don't think they're actually showing up on the long list of gift receivers.
That said, there are a few more "you'll have your gift by next year, sorry!" posts this year than usual.

I've already talked with my Santee over Steam. He received 2/3s of his gift but won't post it til he receives the last third (sometime this week hopefully).
I sent my gift off 10 days ago. I don't have a terrible amount of money, so I just got shipping that would arrive no later than the 31st.
Getting nervous, I tracked the gift Christmas night. It's been in the same location for six days. Hopefully it'll start moving now that Christmas is over.
I'm not that bothered, I really like the stalking and anticipation of my santee receiving their gifts, me receiving something is a bonus, and has always been lovely. My Santa has been proxying me, so I'm expecting giftage soonish. Next year, if I have the fortune to have a Canadian Santa, please may I have a coffee crisp? They sound delicious, and I love coffee flavoured stuff. Thank you! Was that cheeky and presumptuous? If so, ignore that!

I am home from my parent's place and there's no mail and no notice of delivery.

Not wanting my bed to explode, I quickly whip out my bow and release a barrage of arrows into it! Good thing I squashed that spider in the bathroom today.. otherwise, I might not have had enough string to build this.
It doesn't drop any sulfur (no TNT today..) but I'm able to turn its hide into a nice piece of armor. A wonderful trophy to show off my victory and strike fear into the hearts of my enemies!

It all depends. What I always end up forgetting, especially with Amazon is that just because the advertise 2 day shipping doesn't mean it'll get there on Wednesday if I ordered it on Monday. It just means that once they do ship it out, it'll take two days, but I had stuff that ended up sitting in Amazon's warehouse for days before it's shipped out. It's annoying.
And my Santee did a quick post saying he got my gifts, which is great, but man, is it wrong that I want him to post pictures?
