After a long exercise break, I did some cardio today. It was only 30 minutes, but man I am feeling it now. I'm excited to be back on my exercise schedule, I just hope I stick to it.

Of all the Neal Stephenson books to be cursed by a a shit ending, crypto is about the worst. It is the typical case of Terrible Ending Syndrome against which all other shitty books are measured. Even worse than Diamond Age which is pretty far up the all-time worst endings list.
There are a couple decent short stories worth of content in the rambling, pointless mass of the book but as a whole it is not a good book.

Dance with Dragons felt like just a lot of set up for the future book(s?).
I don't know the brand name. It is a nice office chair my coworker was selling because he is moving soon. It is very clean and he did a good job cleaning it.

in that it was preparing us for the next one, which was even worse, yes. it was setting us up for the inevitable failure of his series, as all series of such length tend to fail.
