Well, it's flawed. Starts off kind of badly. It gets better towards the middle. The flashback ends abruptly and oddly. The editing is wonky in parts. The cinematography ranges from beautiful to iffy. Some bad casting (like Allie's father). Clichés abound in stereotypes and some of the dialogue. World War 2 was really cheesy, but thankfully short. There are a few moments that work.
However, I do have the urge to make wild love to Rachel McAdams. Or Ryan Gosling. I'm not quite sure.
Man, did any of you ever play that game Rampart? SO fun!
Rampart was fucking awesome.
Wow... I didn't think I'd find anyone replying to that this many pages later... but yeah, that was an awesome game. They had a version for Nintendo or Super Nintendo. I loved that just a tiny bit less than the arcade game.

I walked off and worked out for close to two hours. When I came back I hit refresh and responded to whatever was on that page.

Sorry to take off so fast earlier, but I had to get back to work.
I ended up getting Hyperion.
Hyperion's good stuff, and so's the sequel. (Well, not really a sequel, it's the same book lopped in half. So don't be surprised if the ending's a bit abrupt.)
@Dynagrip: don't worry, Eyes Wide Shut is also good stuff. Even if you don't like it it won't make you hate Kubrick or anything.
evilbob: That picture is resized poorly. Give me the source material and I'll fix it up for you until you can get a less confusing av.
Fine but I don't see much point, I'll only be posting until tomorrow night before a three day break. I should have something else by the time I get back from that.

Bad resizing makes the baby Jesus die of SIDS.
Sids, eh?
I didn't know people named Sid were particularly anti-Jesus. Although, to be fair, it is a pretty shitty name. I guess they have a right to be mad at the world/god.

It's one of the many reasons I ego search.
Is your ego a majority of those many other reasons?

I liked Serenity, though.
The World (an NPR news show) is doing a story on some jazz singer who covers "It's Not Easy Being Green"
She's talking about how it's a commentary on the way kids are or whatever
And I'm like
IT'S A SONG BY A PUPPET FROG ABOUT BEING GREEN
YOU'RE NOT A FROG
WHY ARE YOU SINGING IT
You have no soul. Are you sure you're not some sort of robot?
Read this and tell me what it says.
Awesome.

Edward Norton should be freakin' awesome
I can't believe you hadn't heard about that, Gim. You're slipping in your old age.
It's all math. Once South Korea perfects robotic limbs, you won't have a problem.
same, and I don't know what the hell I'd go to.

My name was always James. Tube never changed it for me.
For those of you who have seen Stardust, Tube is a lot like De Niro.
Is your ego a majority of those many other reasons?
From what I hear, Jameserson was worse than Wiggin and Hobbes combined, and kind of a dick. Glad I never had to meet him.
