Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble is an odd little ATLUS game. It's got completely customizable fighting combos ala God Hand but isn't even remotely as punishing. The framing story is that you're a Japanese bancho (gang member/badass) on a school trip for a few days where, coincidentally, you can encounter the head banchos of all the other prefectures in the country. But you have limited time to find them and do other various side-quest stuff, but if you can't get it all done you can always do a NG+ and try things differently. Defeating the various head banchos unlocks new moves and adds them to your summonable ally list. I haven't played it in a long while (haven't played any PSP or DS games in a while) but it definitely has enough re-playability to justify the $4.99.
I think there are two more recent games in the series. Not localised.

And it looks like the three currently available (of five) 'expansion packs' are also 33% off for $10.04. Or you could buy the Premium thingy and then wonder what you've don with your life.
Also available this week is Madden 25 for those who missed it during that silly sale a few weeks ago. 50% off for $24.99. And FIFA World Cup Brazil is 70% off for $17.99. Recreate Brazil's embarrassing conclusion again and again!
That's pretty terrible. I suspect more will be added, including the deals for everybody. But I'm pretty sure they won't add the EA DLC I want.
