Kawaiikochan? It's defintelly satirical, if you've ever read those badass manly anime reviewer posts that's another good example of his sarite.
I kinda wish he didn't go with a question and answer format for the comic though, the quality of the comic really seems to depend on how good the question was.

The rice boy wiki has been down for a while, and that's IIRC where the biggest map was
But yeah, that map is a pretty great example of where everything takes place; the war-men come from the war-downs on the continent of Grenth, the Iron Tower is in the middle of the Circle Sea, Tenshells is by the left side of the image, on the coast "south" of the Dorlish Woods, with Stonepalm to the "north" of it
There's a ton of other weird and interesting things going on with the map in general as well, like whatever the fuck is up with the Great Trench
Now we are almost the end of Order of Tales, and there are a couple plot holes that need to be addressed. For instance, what the hell is Angel Eyes/Golgo doing here? His presence is never addressed before or after this scene, so who the hell knows. Also, Aetherius will not show up in the story again, and I have no idea what happened to him. Koark's journey and final conflict is pretty well done in Order of Tales, but Dahm left a few gaping holes in the story while he was doing it.
