Plus I live in tiny town Minnesota

@Stale did anything ever come of the barbecue trailer plans? Because you should do that and just conveniently come to Louisiana. I will buy many alcohols in return!
After browsing post histories back through July, my Satan's gift is finally on its way... along with an unwrapped, un-noted book from a third party seller that will just show up inexplicably sometime between now and the end of December.
Stale is essentially the spirit of SE++ Christmas, along with Nevs and Usagi. Put up a link to your wishlist Stale, let some of that good will flow both ways.

I placed the order the week before they were featured on BBQ Pitmasters. My 6-week build time then stretched to 5 months, at which time I gave up.

I'm a lot like your grandpa. I don't really need anything. If I need it, I already have it.

I should expand on that. I gave up pursuing it both because I was strung along until my hip tried to kill me and hobbled me. I'm even more crippled up now and have no way to really get around well enough to properly use the damn thing.

Super easy to remove from the case and 2TB should be enough for at least a buttload of games.
The 1TB ones I found are usually more expensive, so yeah its worth a looksee

San Antonio is in Texas.
Texas is not in the South.

If they named it PAX Texas, and I wasn't hobbled, then maybe.
But never someone from the US I think?
You can't be the only forumer in your state
