Yes. This. One of the strongest endings I've seen from an anime in a while.
I like Watanabe's style. I do.
But I had a very hard time getting into either Bebop or Champloo. Usually took half the series before I was hooked enough to crave to watch the next episode.

Champloo got me with the fights in the first episode.
After that the story started to dig its claws in.
I wish there were more. The marijuana fields episode was a joy.
One of my friends hates Cowboy Bebop because he's one of those 'animated things are for kids' type of people. Gah.
Why is he your friend?
Maybe because he likes having friends outside the pocky convention circuit?
The whole "animation = kids" thing is just as common as "video games = kids", you can't avoid people that believe it without alienating yourself from everybody that lives near you.
Because the fro symbolizes power, and is a hairstyle to be respected. The larger your fro, the more power you are able to control. We fro'ed are like Samson.
It's been playing on Adult Swim for like 15 years.
There's a statute of limitations to this sort of thing.
Like the ending of king kong.
Isn't the purpose of this thread to introduce people to the series?
Therefore spoiling the end on the first page is a dick move.
I mean, does anyone make King Kong threads just so people can discuss the movie?
Compared to the amount of threads people make giving a brief overview of a series so people can get into it.
I mean Ive never seen Coyboy Bebop and the OP piqued my interest, and then you ruined it. In unlabeled spoiler tags no less.
So the fact that the button says 'spoiler' on it means nothing to you? You simply ignored it's very function without thinking a durr maybe there's a reason the post hidden behind a spoiler tag. I can't help you if you're an idiot.
And yes, people do often make threads of something they have already seen so they can discuss it. In fact that seems to be happening here. Zounds!

the music was awesome too
though it's hard to beat bebop's score. holy christ.
Apparently the name Watanabe is pretty much synonymous with "awesome" when it comes to anime directors.

This Watanabe guy did Bebop and Champloo?

Wo Qui Non Coin is the superior song here.
This folder I have on my hardrive says otherwise.
Perhaps if we all clap our hands and wish very, very hard.
No...not in slightest.
And John Woo's Wiki page has no mention of it, so its just a photoshop job.

And I would be there to supply you with fresh munitions and vehicles to fulfill that endeavor.

I imagine she would die of grief when she learns all that blood is because of her.
Indeed, why should the innocent suffer for the sins of the harpy.
Larlar has a point.
We need a star map.
