Yeah, I have a hard time believing they'd up and change the design so quickly after Brawl.
Methinks these are fake or very early concept art, and that if Nintendo is going to have any hand in this, it will be the Brawl design, or very close to it.

Even if this game sucks, maybe the next one will be good. In reality, I think this is very much akin to Wind Waker an the 'Celda' drama. Alot of people took offense to it, but in the end that game turned out fantastic.
