Zimmydoom, Zimmydoom
Flew away in a balloon
Had sex with polar bears
While sitting in a reclining chair
Now there are Zim-Bear hybrids
Running around and clawing eyelids
Watch out, a Zim-Bear is about to have sex with yooooooou!
I really need to hook up with a non-irritating philosophy professor so they can locate the exact philosophical terminology for my positions so I can avoid finding out that some term which in common speech means that meat tastes good actually means meat tastes good and you should masturbate on leather furniture only on Lent or something.
So goddamn annoyed with philosophers ruining useful words.
My school did not offer AP but my lowest grade in a HS psychology course was a 98.
The teacher for the 98 class was an absent-minded dufus, though.

baby psych courses are usually taught by grad students or shitty stupid professors so expect the same
What, losing one page of one of my tests and making me lose two points on my final grade?
Yeah that annoyed me slightly. I would have had a hat trick if I had gotten a 100 in that one course.
At least take some important courses like physics or mathematics
My courses right now are
English 1101
Maths 1101
Psych 1100
Psych 1101
Political Science 2401
Next I take, uh... World Religions, Comparative Cultures, Russian 1002 (If I decide I want to. I should but I'll take German 1002 if I want to be lazy.), and two Geography courses.
The 90's was a throwback to the 70's, it was a reaction to the almost futurism and abstraction of 80's music. It's why EVERYTHING is an acoustic or amplified acoustic instrument. The reason the 80's nostalgia in music has been going on for so long is not that it is not nostalgia at all -- the progression of pop music from 50's-80's has been resumed.
This is some bullshit right here. Everything is an acoustic? What the shit is this? Nirvana did more than just their "unplugged" concert.
The best music of the 90s was an outgrowth of the good half of 80s music. EG: Metal. You can trace it back to a very few pioneers in the 70s (Dead Kennedys, Queen etc...) but seriously: Fuck Disco
I think the "nostalgia" for the shitty half of the 80s is more a testament to the popularity and availability of E than anything else.
The guitar is an acoustic instrument. Even an electric guitar has a pick-up that picks up the acoustic waves. There is a reason that overdrive (Big muff Pi, etc) came back in the 80's but you do not see a lot of bit-crushing, wave-table moduluation, etc. Distortion is simply a degradation in acoustic audio quality. Sooooo...you're wrong there.
Metal is not pop music. And people that say fuck disco are generally losers who don't like to dance.
Annnnnnd you might be right about the last part :P
Everything you just said about how an electric guitar works is either incorrect or stated sufficiently incorrectly that it would be unreasonable to expect people to assume you have any idea what you're talking about. Electric guitars are absolutely not acoustic instruments. The pickups translate fluctuating magnetic resonance into electrical signals, the sound happens at the amp. Distortion pedals can alter the electrical signals without degrading them perceptibly if it's a good pedal.
Oh, does a guitar cord turn the electroacoustic wave into a digital oscillation somehow? Oh, I must be terribly wrong. You're right -- it turned the acoustic forments into binaries. How stupid of me.
The signal the pickups pick up is not acoustic. And forment isn't a real word but I figured out what you meant and no, the signal the pickups pick up was never acoustic. There is an acoustic wave generated by the strings but it doesn't produce anything like the same sound, and it never enters the guitar. A functionally identical waveform is generated by the metal in the string moving, inducing, above the pickup which the pickup turns into an electrical signal that the amp then turns into sound. How are you a DJ?

Because I'm right? It is not a digital or virtual or midi instrument -- which all use binary to make sound, it works on the electroacoustic wave. And, as usual, you're just being a troll.

I say take Russian 1002 and German 1002 concurrently and ditch a geo course if you can.

You two should start a radio station. VC could be the asshole on the morning program and Podly could play good music all day long.

Making up a new word to pretend it was the word you were using all along doesn't make you right, ace. It also doesn't make me a troll. Your claim is that all guitars, including electric guitars, are acoustic. They are not by either definition or mechanism. And then you're trying to tell me that I must think the cord is magic if I don't think the sound comes from the sound of the strings moving, as if there were no such thing as an amp. And then the difference between the sound the same guitar makes on different amps. The machine cannot receive sound-input in any way, it is not an acoustic instrument. And distortion still doesn't necessitate loss. Just changes, it's one of those things people use math to make and if you pay them more some of them will use better math.

It's pretty fancy.

Singles would be put out on seven inch 45 rpm records
The song on the other, or "b" side of the record was most times not an album track
Thus, b-side
I'm sure you knew that already.

Don't get your hopes up, it's pretty easy to stall Office.
that is fantastic.
I saw him play with pat metheny a year or so ago and he was amazing.
took out her barrettes and her hair spilled out like rootbeer
Especially since I have a hard-on for piano versions of shit I already like

This is just sinking in.
Zen: I can not. And for clarification, the reason I would be lazy to take German is that I am already fluent.
500k
goddamn it

LOL GET IT?
what is OneNote? since I'm sure it's getting installed now.
my entire life is me getting it.
edit - thanks dots.

I don't want to take a real science.
Also, again: Taking German would be completely pointless. If I'm going to take two languages I should take Russian and, like, French or something.
