Jhonen Vasquez on the Bioshock 2 print
Sandeep and Jeff Lewis from The Guild (shirt for the gf)
And a picture with Ciji (from the WCG Ultimate Gamer). She seemed startled and surprised when I just picked her out of the crowd Friday morning on the exhibit floor.
I got Freezepop to kindly sign my Freezepop PAX09 t-shirt, cuz they are awesome, and had silver pens.
I have no clue if I can ever wash this shirt.. but I want to wear it!! No clue if the ink would get washed out. Maybe if I just carefully wash with cold water, by hand??

The shirt I got my gf was signed in silver sharpie too. Said she wasn't going to wash it because she just heard a horror story the week before about a guys mom washing his shirt and the autographs all going out... So I think she stated she would wear it once then hang it up.
None. This wouldn't normally bother me, but I'm seriously bummed about not getting Dominic Armato's sig on my Monkey Island print. (I was also going to ask if I could take a short video clip of him saying, "I'm selling these fine leather jackets!")
I was invited up to PAX to help debut the new Magic clothing line and was asked to autograph some advertisement handouts as well as a pair of the shoes I designed
I only got some from the mega 64 guys. It also had to be at the time where Rocco decided to wear a paper plate over his face. It took him about a minute to find the thing and then he signed his name across the others (possibly on accident but it could have been a clever ploy to become more popular)
A couple of years ago, there was a canadian charity auction on eBay for about 20 different Microsoft carbon fibre faceplates that were signed by Canadian celebrities. I purchased two plates; one signed by Avil Lavigne and one signed by Joss Stone.
I brought six "clean" carbon fibre plates to be signed, as opportunity presented itself.
Wil Wheaton signed one for my collection.
Jonathan Coulton signed one for my collection.
The three members of Freezepop signed two plates; one for my collection and one that I will auction off on eBay with 100% of the proceeds going to Child's PLay.
I heard about a non-PAX concert happening right around the corner from my hotel, by the band "Boys Like Girls." I got there just in time for the lead guitarist to sign two plates before the van doors closed and the band was driven away. Both of these plates will go up for charity auction, although I dont' know how interested anyone would be with only one member of the band signing them.
I made two special plates for PAX 2009. One was for the West Coast Train Trip, and one was for our small contingent from www.xboxaddict.com. The plates are numbered 1-25/25. I kept out the #1/25 plates and a few of the others. I woudl LOVE to MAIL them to Gabe and Tycho to be signed, and add them to my list of charity plate auctions.
If Robert Khoo, or anyone else here can provide an address where I can mail them to get them signed, please PM it to me and I will not share the address.
I got a RVB Caboose tshirt and a Bungie tshirt signed by Grif and Simmons from RVB. That's all though. In hind sight I would have loved to have gotten more signatures but I was just so overwhelmed, with this being my first year of PAX, that it wasn't high on my list of things to do.
I love the idea of getting signed items to auction off for Childs Play though. Something I'll have to try for next year.
I read the comic a few years ago where Tycho suggested they talk about... er... male duck parts. Later I came across a journal article "Coevolution of Male and Female Genital Morphology in Waterfowl." With pictures. I had to give him a copy and had him sign a copy for me.
By the way, the paper is actually a very well done study on evolution if you're interested in that type of thing. A bit disturbing though, both because of the pictures and because it totally shattered my naive beliefs about duck love...
I got Jerry on the interior of my 4th ed. DMG (with him making the null symbol for Orim Dran as well) and both Mike and Wil Wheaton's signature on the interior of my 4th ed. PHB. Mike was also kind enough to draw Jim Darkmagic (of the New Hampshire Darkmagics, if the rumors are true) on the spot as he signed it.
I have rarely been more fanboyish as I was in those 30 seconds that he sketched.
I got the Jhonen Vasquez autograph poster as well and by the same means, i had no idea he was there and happened to look on the ground on the esclator ride up and in between the escalators there was a sign for it. He wasnt at all personable ( a few fans of his says that he doesnt like fans???) i admit im not a fan at all but a friend of mine from Chicago is and i couldnt pass up the chance to get her something. So i did and had a friend stand behind me to get one for me because i did like the art and i love bioshock.
The second autograph was by far the best ever. I got Dan from Behemoth to sign both of the figures i bought (Barbarian and Orange Knight). He was a very nice guy (so was everyone at the behemoth booth). He took the time to draw on both of them custom artwork, sign them and autograph them to me.

I run the faceplate forums at xboxaddict.com. Make sure you get me a good picture of that faceplate and I'll add it to our database. PM it to me here or at XBA, or just put up a link.
Ditto for anyone who got something on a faceplate.

I have the Freezepop PAX08 shirt signed from last year, I don't think I wore it or washed it for fear of the silver sharpie coming off and got a second different Freezepop shirt for regular wearing.
This year I got the fuchsia 10th anniversary shirt and had them sign it again since the silver sharpie went well with the silver printing... unfortunately this one I do want to wear and after one washing the silver of the sharpie came off and just looks like dull gray. Probably won't see it after a few more washings.

I was the first one to get the Red Steel 2 poster signed by Jason Vandenberghe (creative director for RS2). (Also got to spend some time talking to him, which was great - PS: The game looks GREAT)
Also got my Aion poster signed by a Korean dev. Also grabbed a beach ball that was signed by someone during the first day of PAX waiting in the queue room.

I got my Vaultboy hand puppet from PAX '08 signed only by JoCo and Doc from Sarcastic Gamer in '08. This year I got him signed by Gus, Bernie, Geoff & Matt from Rooster Teeth, MC Frontalot, Jeff Lewis, Sandeep Parikh and Kim Evey from The Guild, Wil Wheaton, Steve Jackson, Liz Envy and Sean D, and one of the guys from Anamanaguchi, I'm not sure who, but from the signature it looks almost like Ary Warnaar.

Sorry about the quality, not the best, taken from a camera phone. =P You can kinda see Sandeep's signature, it's in silver sharpie on his back, which you can barely see irl, because it doesn't contrast well against the blue.
