I do not recall what the game was called even a little bit. It was Japanese I believe.
The game is played like a side scrolling fighter jet game. You start out as a small "toy" plane and when you destroy enemies parts of their ship break off and you can "catch" these parts to make yourself a bigger ship with more firepower. When you get hit all the pieces you have "collected" are lost.
A friend showed me the game and said he found it in one of the old PA newsposts.. If anyone knows what game I'm talking about that would be awesome.
I know I didnt give a lot to go on, but its not a very complex game.
