That sliding foot dance

You see some people who do the robot and everything do that move where they slide their foot across the floor and it looks as if they're just sliding, not moving it normally. Hopefully you guys know what I mean.

Anywhere on the internet that I can learn that? Or any other awesome dance moves that look cool?

    kinda like a sideways moonwalk, i saw a friend doa circular version that was awesome, wont ever learn it thought :(

    check out youtube for gliding tutorials, there are a few and each one is a little different.

    the main thing you need to realize is that the floating foot is in contact with the ground but there should never be any weight on it--it's just touching the ground for show. Not to hate...but the dude in the video above blows more than a whale's blowhole. If you hold out your arm sideways, ideally you want that first foot parallel to it when you lift your heel so that it gives of the impression that you're actually pushing on. Damn that's hard to explain. Not to mention the fact that he thinks he knows what he's talking about --seems like he just learned it yesterday. You can see what I'm talking about in the first video...that guy is pretty damn good at gliding
