360s, regions, and saves

I have a NTSC Xbox 360. I will be visiting a friend who has a PAL Xbox 360. It is my understanding that the PAL 360 will not load a NTSC disc, even if he hooks it up to a NTSC capable monitor due to the systems being region locked. This is fine, as many of the games I own, he also owns.

If I were to purchase the memory card item for the 360 to back up my saves to play them over there, would it even work on his 360. Given it recognizes the memory device for what it is, would my saves even be compatible with his games?

Thanks all for any information you can give me on the matter.

3DS (Topaz) 3351-4061-2929
Wii U Topazfalcon (yes I play MH3U, preferably with a headset/mic usage)
Let me know if you add me on either.

I believe they would be, as data is data. Really the software is the same on a PAL/NTSC disc, just the region encoding is different from what I understand.

    You should be fine.
