    George Carlin was a funny, funny man, but he was working my nerves in his last years. He bitched way too fucking much in his crusty final decades.


    The stuff in that video is the man I prefer to remember; charismatic, on top of his game, perfect delivery of his material.

    I wish I could get in to older style standup comedy. As it stands Eddie Izzard is about the only standup guy I find funny. (Demetri Martin can be good too, but one liners get old after awhile)

    I've really never traveled much outside of Europe so I'm a bit curious because here we have them everywhere. Even the smallest towns have at least one.

    I posted this elsewhere but I thought the fine people here might be able to help as well:
    I'm making a website for my wife's portfolio and I would be much obliged with hosting recommendations. Reliable/reasonable price etc. It doesn't have to be feature rich... its pretty much a css/table page of thumbnails with little else.

    Also if anyone knows of a good online printer for postcards, books, etc etc. I would also be much much obliged! She does freelance illustration and a lot of companies still require a physical portfolio. Thanks!

    We just got our first assignment for the EA class. We're not under an NDA for this one, which is cool for a few reasons...but yeah. I knew this quarter would be a lot of work, but the workload hasn't been anything major so far.
