I have approx 300-400 DVD/Games/BluRay. I just moved and now tossed out my old rack because it was full and about to collapse on top of that. Now I need some way to store all these damn things. Please help!
Have you thought about ditching the boxes altogether? My friend has a 600+ (and freaking growing) DVD/Blu Collection that he has sorted by Genre in 4 or 5 Disc-Wallets (likethis). He throws the empty boxes in a few big plastic bins in the garage, but keeps all his media on one shelf.
Saves space, and it's easy to flip through them to find one to watch.

Atlantic Movie Sleeves. They hold the original artwork, booklet, and discs, so you can easily move them back to keepcases if you ever want to, and are about $15 per box of 50. My wife and I re-did our entire movie & game collection, which was a couple thousand discs, and it cut it to 1/4th the shelf space.
You go have to go cutty slicey on any DVDs you have in the old WB-style snapper cases, but those are an abomination in the eyes of God and man alike anyway.

That's savagery.
