[Cake On] Plants vs Zombies - Mmmm Nummy. (NSF56K)

So, yesterday was our son's 15th birthday, and we are all in to Plants vs Zombies here. We thought and thought of what we could do for a cake, and after looking at pictures of cakes on the internet, we stumbled across this one:

Well we decided to do our own. Here is the result, spoilered for the ridiculously huge:
The sunflower was probably the hardest. I'm not very proud of the leaves on it. The leaves on the pea-shooter are much better.
I'm really proud of the walnut. I think he's cute. Also I'm proud of this picture over the zombie's shoulder.
I'm also overly proud of the zombies head. I like his teeth, and tongue.
The cake was a yellow-cake, 'cause that's his favorite, with awesome butter-cream frosting. (colored green, of course)
The figures were made out of cake fondant. Was up till 3am working on the figures the night before the party X_X

That is pretty excellent
