Circumstances have me currently looking for a sub £200,000 place in the North London area. The plan i to move into a 2/3 bedroom place with as many flatmates.
I'm sort of freaked out by this as its a pretty big move for me. I've never done anything like this and I'm not really sure what I should be looking out for when checking out places, I feel like theres probably something out there I'd never think to check thats going to end up tripping me up. Any help?
