You need to be fit enough to sit infront of a computer for what can be pretty long shifts (12+ hours), at all hours of the day, and you need the mental agility and resilience to deal with YouTube comments for 90% of those 12 hours.
Also you'll need to undergo Internet Troll Resistance Training and Flame War Mitigation techniques.
We'll probably start you off by throwing you into the deep end with a worst-case scenario:
Run3 has decided to troll a thread in D&D and a flame war has broken out, Internet Riot Police are called in. What do you do?
ban everyone that responded to runcubed, but no infraction for run himself and then I'd go back and delete any history of me replying to runcubed to frustrate any claims of hypocrisy

Both are good answers. They are varied styles of Internet Policing, and each can be used depending on the procedure as outlined by command. CD's is the more standard form of Internet Justice, whilst Druhim's beat-police method of riot control is very effective in the short-term but may lead to long-term issues if constantly abused.
