i got a toshiba 23hlv84 for xmas and i want to use it as a second monitor and for gaming on my pc. every time i start windows the screen is way to the right and i need to use the "move crt screen position" in the nvidia settings to get it centered. and after i enter and exit WoW it's all the way to the right again. also, when i try to play counter strike source the screen is way to the right like windows. the tv display options don't let me move the screen left far enough for it to fit. the display also never seems to all fit on the screen (about a 1/4 inch can't be seen in WoW, and a little bit of the top in windows is cut off). so, any ideas?

it's a 23 inch, and using 1360x768 res.

Maybe try changing the refresh rate?

Using a digital signal might also eliminate this problem, if it has HDMI, like amazon says, I think you could get a a DVI adapter for the cable.

in the manual it has multiple warnings saying not to use the hdmi too hook up to a pc :S and it says to use 60hz for this resolution.
