Trying to play with a arcade stick. Help

I'm now leaning to play with a arcade fightstick. It's a Mad Catz Street Fighter IV Tournament Editon: Femme Fatale Editon. Im pulling off some moves sofar on SFIV and Blaz Blue: calamity Trigger. Ya got any tips?

    I find a stick great for Street Fighter and MvC, but not BlazBlue. The 4 button configuration really throws me off. I use a Gamepad for that.
