Boss' comp is a Windows 2000 Professional edition.

Anytime he searches using google on IE he gets that message.

Other websites work, but google just won't go through.

Any help would be appreciated.

    That message is the file download dialog, which means his browser is hijacked and instead of google.com, it's going to sovietrussia.com/files/absolut-crazy-virus-and-stuff.exe. Or IE just forgets what to do with .html files at the exact moment he tries going to google. Probably malware already installed on the machine. Clean it up and make him start using firefox with adblock on.

    I'm pretty sure the latest versions of Firefox don't even support win2k anymore.
