360; classic game save problem

I busted out my copy of NHL Hitz for original xbox, but when I go to save on my 360, the game basically freezes. This basically means I cannot play this game (create a team, play a season, etc), so if anyone happens to know a way to get past this, I'd love to start this game again.

    Have you updated your Xbox to the most recent patch? If so, try undoing the updates and re-install them. If this game worked(completely) in the past, it shouldn't have any reason not to do so now.

    You might need to clean the cache out as well. Sometimes the patches for games get corrupted.
