Google searches have been no help to me, maybe someone else can dig this up? It's from the episode "Curving Bullet," though what I'm looking for is in the sonic boom segment. Adam's flying with the Blue Angels, who are doing all sorts of acrobatic stunts. Adam, naturally, barfs.
The screengrab I'm looking for is one where Adam's looking directly into the cockpit camera, sick as a dog though trying his best not to hurl. If you've seen the episode, you know exactly which shot I'm talking about sicne they replay it at least three times.

Yeah... not sure if they have full episodes, but I just went and checked and they have that Sonic Boom clip viewable on their website, so you should be able to get a screencap from it.
Essentially.
With video, you might have luck downloading a program like Fraps which I think should allow you to go frame-by-frame.
