Getting into game industry by Penny Arcade?

I saw some book at an EB the other day about getting into the game industry, and I believe it was written by the penny arcade guys. Has anyone else seen this, and if so remembers what it's called? I'm having a hell of a time trying to find it online without remembering the title.

    It wasn't written, merely has some illustrations by them.

    Yeah, I have the book. It's interesting, but pretty general.
