Tetsujin 28-chan - Shortpacked

This shortpacked comic mentioned Tetsujin 28-chan. Is this a real series? Wiki seems to think that "Tetsujin 28-chan" doesn't exist, but something called "Tetsujin 28-go" does. Those three summaries in the middle 3 panels seem to be very compelling stories, but the wiki plot summary for Tetsujin 28-go does not even superficially resemble those summaries.

Are those stories just totally manufactured by the shortpacked guest authors, or are the guest authors referring to something real?

    It reads like a general parody of some anime shows. I would say fake.

    thats just Ninja Rick, he just added shit like chan and baka perodically through his sentences.. the man knows Japanese.
