Contacting Blizzard about bogus emails.

So, a few years back I had a problem with my WoW account. I played for a couple of months and then quit, then about the time BC came out, I got an email saying that my account has been reactivated. I figured, "ok, probably a promotion, but I like other things so I'll just ignore it." Cue to a couple months later, I get an email from Blizz saying that I owe them for 2 months of play.

I disputed, we figured out what was going on, and I voluntarily banned my account.

Cue WotLK's release. I get another email. I contact Blizzard since, hey, my account's banned, it CANNOT be reactivated. I called them up and they assured me that my account is not, nor will it ever be, reactivated.

So I get another email a couple of days after that.

Here's the email I received:

World of Warcraft - Account Information Change Instructions‏
From: wowaccountadmin (wowaccountadmin@blizzarid.com)
To: <MY Email Address>
Greetings!
It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell/trade your personal World of Warcraft account(s).
As you may or may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement.
If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled. It will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard Entertainment's employees.
If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify your account ownership. If the information is deemed accurate, the investigation will be dropped.
This action is taken because we at Blizzard Entertainment take these sales
quite seriously. We need to confirm you are the original owner of the account.
This is easiest done by confirming your personal information along with concealed information about your account.
You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account by replying to this email with:

Use the following template below to verify your account and information via email.
* First and Surname
* Date of birth
* Address
* Zip code
* Phone number
* Country
* Account e-mail
* Account name
* Account password
* Secret Question and Answer
-Or-
WoW CD-Key
Show * Please enter the correct information
If you ignore this mail your account can and will be closed permanently. Once we verify your account, we will reply to your e-mail informing you that we have dropped the investigation.
We ask you to NOT change password until the investigation is fully completed.

<Email watermark saying to register this product>

Obviously this was a scam so I replied back saying that if this was really Blizzard, they would know that my account cannot be reactivated and that they would never ask for half of the above information. I got a bounce back saying the email address is invalid.

So I've actually received this email three times now. Some things have changed (they use the real Blizzard email address as their "name" but if I hit reply the real address shows up and the watermark now says "wowaccountadmin") but the body is still the same.

Is there anyway I can contact Blizzard about this or should I just continue to ignore this?

tl;dr: Receiving bogus Blizzard staff emails re: my non-existent WoW account. How can I get them to stop?

    They know all about this stuff already; it's pretty basic phishing. This is why every section of their website and it's mother advises you never to give your account information to anyone, including their reps.

    oh and the answer to stopping them is to get a better spam filter

    Sooo, yeah, pretty much zero chance anyone can do anything about this, because the Chinese basically ignore overseas complaints for this kind of stuff. Also, Blizzard already knows, and if there's anything they can do about it they're probably already doing it. I'd just keep ignoring it.

    Yeah, I received one of these false emails a couple of months ago, and I don't even play WoW !!

    I also felt quite stupid because I didn't read what was wrong with the domain, although it wasn't this email, the concept was similar.

    Dude, you never attempt to respond to scammy spam because all that does is tell the spammer they have a working email address that is active.

    You can't. Feed it to your spam and phising filter.

    Doesn't your email have a "mark as pishing scam" option? Also I second what people are saying about not responding. It probably wasn't even a human that sent you that email anyway.
