Help me recall the name of a PC game (Star-Wars One!)

This was no traditional Star Wars game. It starred jar-jar binks and the goal of the game was to make a stable ecosystem. You could drop in plants and animals, they would eat each other and live out their pitiful lives while you, the ecosystem overlord, could cause disasters, introduce murderous predators, and just have a good time!
