Cannot do making threads or doing quoting

Using Chrome 3.0.195.27 on Win XP Home Edition Version 2002 SP3.
If I hit the quote button I can not post a reply. If I copy that text, hit back twice, and paste it in the quick reply box it works.
... some time passes...
Apparently I can not make new threads either. Both Submit New Thread and Preview Post bomb in the same way (blank white screen). So that is why I put this here. Could a Mod or Admin please move to a new thread named something like "Can't create threads or quote people, Can quick reply."
