Noticed pimple like dots the size of a pinhead at the base of my junk, as well as on the underside and a couple on the glans. They look and act like acne, no itching, burning or anything like that, they are just... there.
I occasionally get acne breakouts on the pubic area, especially after trimming or shaving.
We are pretty vigorous with our extracurricular activities, she was recently on her period so when she was finally off, we went to town (three times in a night, two or so nights in a row). She shortly after started getting a yeast infection, so I'm sure we did it while it was beginning. I'm clean as is she. She's on BC, no condoms.
I'm usually good about washing after each time, just out of habit, but I didn't one night as I just fell asleep so I'm sure some stuff was left dried on over night. They are kind of in little patches, but I think it's coincidental, it seems pretty random. Mostly around the base, which could be irritation from hair growing back, but also some on the underside as stated before. The most accurate description is like pinhead sized acne really. I have fordyce's spots around as well but these are different. Also the ones on the lower end are in hair follicles, so I'm trying to convince my self it's just because her stuff is irritating my pores, but the emergence of it on the head is scary. They are all the same size/color/shape as well.
It's been two or so days since I noticed them, I'm going to my GP tomorrow, but should I be freaked out like I naturally am? Obviously you can't just diagnose it by words, but I'm looking for anything... I've googled a lot and that was prolly a terrible idea, but from what I've found, it is not presenting like any sort of STI(Like the hivaids/hsv2/clap).

While i'd like to give you a fright and say it's genital warts, because you mentioned the yeast infection it is FAR MORE likely that the bacteria found purchase in your sweat glands around the base of your cock and caused a bit of havoc.
Wash up, there are some treatments for yeast infections but if you keep things clean down there and don't pass it back and forth with your partner it should clear up in a week or two. It won't hurt (much) to get a broad spectrum STI test though, get yourself checked out.
Also, it's def. not warts, I know what that looks like.
Some are already gone and heal like acne does, (whitehead, light red, back to normal), but still way too much anxiety over this... I need a xanax...

Clarified that kids usually get the virus and it is self limiting after a year or so and they never notice it. I guess the years of being germaphobic didn't help me afterall. Some relief, still embarrassing. Got an Rx to help speed it away. Hopefully it does not make my nethers fall off or something.
