I saw him on Comedy Central Presents.
He looks Caucasian, possibly Jewish, balding, somewhat big nose. He delivers all of his jokes while holding back his laughter/giggling and has his hands close to his mouth usually, to cover his smile. And he usually talks in a neutral tone then slowly builds the tone higher and higher as he reaches the end of the sentence, then holds back his giggling.
I remember seeing him on CCP awhile ago...not anytime in the recent, new episodes. The Comedy Central website isn't much help either.
This guy is absolutely hilarious, but I forgot his name...Any ideas?
