So I just finished listening to this week's podcast of their game and I'm confused about something. Spoiler in case someone doesn't want to know the outcome:
Why does Wil's character die so quickly? I'm looking at the rules and it says you don't die until you hit the negative bloodied value of your character and yet Wil seems to say that his negative bloodied is 13. That would mean his full health is 26? That's less than Darkmagic, which seems really off to me. In fact, I remember in one of the other podcasts Scott Kurtz said that Wil's character had even more hitpoints than Binwin, who seems to hover around 40 even after he's been beaten up a bit.

I'm a huge nerd apparently....

They tend to play fast and loose with the rules over there, which is odd since the DM is one of the designers.

Cause yea, its not actually possible to have a level 3 avenger with 26hp.

Wil screwed up and reported his bloodied value as his healing surge value, and the DM didn't catch it. He should have survived at least another turn.

All right, I thought they were just playing by different rules. I hope they caught that error, Wil seemed pretty broken up about it and I was kinda bummed too. I guess they could have Alf come back as an 'good' undead version though.

The 8th podcast ends mid-sentence, with the party in less than certain circumstances. Is there going to be a 9th episode out next week where it's all wrapped up?

    Also, Bear Rug Trap

Hahaha that one was just hilarious.
And you've activated the bear rug trap. Just kidding!

Edit: I hope there's a 9th. Even if it's just 10 min to wrap up the conversation. Although chances don't look good because the other two adventures were only 8 episodes long.

The other podcast series were also twice as long in length though.
