Viewing US only sites

I was using Hot Spot Shield when my Mac had tiger but it doesn't work anymore since I've upgraded to Snow Leopard. Is there another client on OSX that will allow me to view US only sites ?

    There's a program called IP Hider, but looks like it's PC only (unless I'm wrong - anyone else know?)
