Okay, so I'm running a PHPBB3-based community elsewhere on the web, and there has been some call for a event calendar of sorts. Searches have turned up a few promising things, but many of them plain don't work, have a demo but no code, or only work using one of the two default themes.
I don't mind doing some coding, but my php-fu is rusty and I'd like to know I'm modifying something that worked to begin with so I have a baseline.
Has anyone ever set up a topic-based calendar for PHPBB3, or have a good idea where to start?
