Freeware PDF Comparison Tool

I'd like a nice, lightweight, free tool that can be used to compare the text between two PDFs, or a set of PDFs if possible. We have like 25 new PDF documents for a project at work (which are, to add insult to injury, in a language I don't understand) and eyeballing it is both tedious and prone to error.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Do you just need to know if they are different or not or do you need to actually know where and how they differ? You could just create an md5 hash from the files to see if they are different or not, I think.
