I know over the internet diagnostic isn't the best but I'm trying to avoid paying to visit a doctor if I can.
The first pain I'm having is in my abdomen, on my left side, just above that muscle that makes your abs into a V shape. It started hurting after I had a intensely black out drunken night where I probably would have been advised to get my stomach pumped had I visited the ER. This was a few months ago and it seemed to go away for a while but now it's back and it hurts when I press on it, when I eat a large amount of food and the most when I drink any alcohol at all. I have basically stopped drinking for this reason alone. According to what I can tell the only organs that are in that area are the intestines and the kidneys. I've heard it's possible to do serious organ damage with an alcohol binge. This is what worries me.
The second pain is very weird. I woke up one day and noticed a pain on the back side of my leg, just above my right knee cap. I looked and I had probably the largest bruise I've ever had. It was black and blue and in the middle was a marble sized knot. Most of the pain and bruising has gone away now but the knot still remains. I was trying to remember if I did anything that would cause it but I can't seem to recall anything that severe. My worry is that it could be a blood clot or something like that. Maybe a burst vessel?
I'm 23 and in pretty good shape/health otherwise. Thanks!
First pain: Above or below the bottom rib? Can you identify where the pain is coming from at all? A muscle? Bone? Organ?
Second pain: Bruising is not, to my knowledge, characteristic of a blood clot. In the case of a blood clot you'll usually see palid flesh with pink streaking and experience numbness, pins/needles, or general discomfort. A bruise like that could have been caused by a lot of things. Like...literally hundreds. Anything from a spider bite to a vitamin deficiency. Get it checked out, but I'd bet a nut that it's not a blood clot.
I once got an insanely bad bruise on my leg, from what I can only imagine was hiking...even though I didn't remember hitting my leg particularly hard during my hiking trip.
After most of the colors of the bruise faded and it stopped hurting, I realized I had a hard kinda mass behind the bruise...it didn't go away for awhile, even after the pain and colors of the bruise were long gone, so I went to the doctor about it. He said it was fine, and that basically "that happens sometimes when you get a bad bruise", and that it would go away. I forget how he described what happens specifically, in terms of what your body is doing...but it's repairing itself.
It did end up going away, in any case. That could be what you've got going on with yours.

It's below last rib byabout 3 inches. It's coming from a muscle or organ I guess.

Did you get sick on that drunken escapade? Could be a hernia, maybe?
The first pain sounds like IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), it is an intestinal condition that flares up when the intestines are irritated by food or drinks.
Hear my warnings, unbelievers. We have raised altars in this land so that we may sacrifice you to our gods. There is no hope in opposing the inevitable. Put down your arms, unbelievers, and bow before the forces of Chaos!

Edit: Either way, I would get it checked out.
The second one could be furunculosis.
