And its the perfect place for the MECHA Gladiators, a new fighting show were MECHA pilots bring their machines and battle until they die. Some do it for glory. Some for the money. Others are forced there by their masters. Whatever the reason, MECHA warriors come to this horrible planet to compete. Now it is time for you to join in. You and your team will battle with their awesome machines and go for gold in MECHA CHAMPIONS PHALLA!
First and foremost, this is something that came out of my head. There is no source material just in case there is something called MECHA Champions. Sign up in lime and there will be a vote in red. Also there are some battle mechanics and whatnot. You will also be building your own role. Its faction based. 30 players so sign-up now! Enjoy!
Here is a list of MECHA body styles and parts. Everyone starts off with $1000 and can spend as every dime if they please. You can buy two of the same type and/or item. But you must buy at least a Body and a Weapon. For today only, if you get an item and later you don't want it and want your money back, you get it for retail value. After today, its worth half. You can change items on you MECHA any time except the time between vote close and narrations. Items you have but not using don't draw from your power core.
There are a few stats in play:
Durability- Starting Defense of a MECHA. Points with this and Armor will count towards HP.
Power- This is the engine of the MECHA. All things will draw on it. You can not equip parts if they as a group will draw more power then the MECHA has.
Boost- This the the speed of a MECHA. Faster the MECHA, the quicker your attack will be. But attacking will be a -1 point to Speed for that night. If your speed is 2 points higher then your attacker, then you will auto-dodge his attack.
Damage- This determines how much damage you do to an enemy. It targets HP. If you have two or more weapons, then you can attack for every weapon you have.
Draw- This is for how much an equipment takes away from Power. If a part draws too much power, then it can not be equipped. Draw from each equipment stacks.

Actions: You can do four different action every night (but only one per night)
1) Attack: You use your weapon to attack another MECHA. If you have more then one weapon, you can do more then one attack on the same enemy or a different one. But you lose -1 speed once for that night if you attack.
2) Body Slam: This is a basic melee attack. You don't lose any speed, however, you do 2 points of damage and take 1 point yourself.
3) Defend: You can take -2 points of speed to add +2 Temporarily HP for that night. When you are attacked, the Temporarily HP will be subtracted first then any extra damage will hit you.
4) Dodge: You will push your MECHA to the limit and take -2 HP to increase your speed by +2 for that night. If Dodging gives you 0 or less HP then your MECHA doesn't died unless you still got hit. Then you will regain your HP when the night is over. Speed will be at normal again too.
RED VOTE will take one player out of the match for the next night. They earn no money, can't be attack. However, the night after that, they return to battle.
Each night you will receive $50 for each teammate still in the game. Each match (night), one team will be declared the winner of that match and earn extra money. Your team will be scored as follows: +1 for each point of damage, +2 for a kill, and +3 for not losing a member that night.
Can we get more information regarding how battles will play out? For example, is HP lost after each battle or does it reset every night? And if you do lose HP when you are attacked (except in a dodge scenario) can it be recovered?
I was wanting to wait until Day 1, but it won't hurt to say it. If you lose HP, it cost $100 per point of damage to get it back. That's why you want to do your best and win lots of money.
Bodies don't seem to have a cost. Since they're free, can I buy all of them, and switch between them at will?
Regarding Armor, will switching to a new armor type reset HP damage that was taken as part of the original armor's value?
You can only have the body you start off with. Switching Armor will not get rid of the damage. I'll add it as damage to the body. Nice try to save a dollar though.
In regards to battling, am I correctly interpreting that an attacking player is not liable to receive any damage unless he is attacked himself?
This would be in contrast to Bremen's My HIME phalla, where it didn't matter who attacked, the weaker HIME would end up being defeated.
If you mean two players target each other and the faster will be the only one doing damage then No. Both will hit if both have speeds within the 2 speed rule. If one is faster then the other by two then the faster would be the only one to hit.
Do attacks against people who are covered by Ion Shields result in 0 Damage or the right amount of Damage, but with no impact on the protected players?
Basically, I want to know if attacking guarded players affects point totals.
No points will be given if to a team for damage against a guarded players as no damage was done. There is no minus points given to teams each night.
If multiple people attack someone, do they all get credit for their damage and the kill?
5 teams and the team will get points for the highest damage for their team. Example: if two players from TEAM A attack someone for 2 and 3 damage each, TEAM A will get 3 points. If its a kill, then it will be counted once. If two players for different teams attack, then all damage will be counted and both will get credit for the kill.
Aside from the limitations imposed by your powergrid, is there a limit to how much special equipment you can activate each night? IE, if you somehow had the power to do so could you seer, guard, and roleblock?
Also, not everything you buy has to be used every night, right? (IE: I could buy an ion shield, EMP grenade, weapon, and armor, and choose which ones I wanted equipped every day.
How do you determine who gets what stuff when a mecha is destroyed? You mention a salvage bot, so I gather the defeating player gets either 1 or 2 items equipped to the default mech. If you have any unequipped items, does your team get to choose who gets them?
If multiple team members attack and kill a mech and one player has the salvage bot, does it automatically work? Or does the salvage bot member need to make a killing blow?
Jesus Chirst. lol. When someone dies, I will roll a d3 (1 weapon, 2 armor, 3 special) You get what is rolled. The rest Marley gets. If you have a salvage bot, you will get two d3 rolls and get 2 items. If you were apart of an attack that kills a player, you get to get stuff too.
If multiple people with a Colt/windcaster rifle (-1 to target's speed for the fight) attack a target, does that -1 stack?
Why do I keep looking at this thread? Yes. They do stack. But if the player's speed is 0, then they don't die.
Edit: That speed thing at the end was in case someone asked. Also My-Hime battle mechanics were if you attack someone and it makes them auto-attack you back cuz they are faster doesn't exist. When you attack, think of it as attacking them from behind.
So one of you is lying to me. Let me see if I get this right for Phalla. This means I have to figure out whoever lied to me and get that person killed then afterwards get the person telling the truth killed too just in case I made a mistake?

No, it pretty much just means you kill kime.
Assuming Kime can be killed. Samurai phalla...so kime will probably get invincibility. Or the 'I can only be killed by one person, just kidding game over, everyone wins!' role.

It's like a Gordian knot. The simplest solution is just to put kime to the sword.
Meh, between B:L and whoever was the vig, they did a pretty good of letting OS confuse the hell out of the village.
I'd feel a lot worse about it if I'd been the only one and it was entirely my fault that we lost the game, but seeing as it wasn't any ONE person who decided to vote out B:L, but rather a bunch of villagers, there's plenty of blame to go around.

Clarification and Questions
You were assigned them during sign-ups.
Of course.
Nope. You have to find your teammates! :P You will know what team you are on on the start of Day 1 through PMs.
I was wanting to wait until Day 1, but it won't hurt to say it. If you lose HP, it cost $100 per point of damage to get it back. That's why you want to do your best and win lots of money.

Nope. Special Equipment is special and you can use the actions and it the same night.
Yes. You have more then 24 hours to make a MECHA. Auto-death to those who do not make one.
No points will be given if to a team for damage against a guarded players as no damage was done. There is no minus points given to teams each night.
No. It can go up to 1000 x's if you can buy that many boost rockets. I just got tired of making [ ]'s.

Assuming Kime can be killed. Samurai phalla...so kime will probably get invincibility. Or the 'I can only be killed by one person, just kidding game over, everyone wins!' role.
I can't think of any other cool masked or black helmet wearing characters that fight in mechs... and I don't count the Code Geass guy...
