I've not had any problems lately with random shutdowns or freezing or anything like that, it is more of an annoyance problem. After I shut my computer down then go to boot it up the next time I have to flip the I/O switch on the back of my case in order to boot it up. I was thinking of getting a new power supply sometime soon as this one is a few years old and a bit on the noisy side. Does this annoying problem warrant a new power supply?
Honestly, I'd go with the first one. Good power rating, and it seems efficient.
The ones with detachable cords, yeah they seem cool and all but it can cause a bunch of problems in the long run. Those connectors get worn, and all of a sudden you're not getting the power you need from your available cables. It's best to go with a standard PSU.

You can live with it if you want, but keep in mind that the PSU is basically dead now. It's on its way out, fairly quickly, and you can't stop it.

The third one listed interests me the most since it has detachable cords which would free up alot of room inside my case and give better airflow. I have seen SLI Ready ones as well but I am not sure what that is exactly. I have a newer motherboard (Biostar GeForce6100-M9, Socket 939/HT 2G, PCI-Ex16, Dual DDR400, Sata2/Raid). Would getting an SLI one at a higher price be better or needed in the future? I'd probably go all out if I ever upgraded again.

I'd recommend the first.
