So I'm writing this art history paper, and the Professor wants use to use Chicago Manual style. I've only used MLA format for all my papers, and was never asked to use footnotes.
So, does anyone have any good websites that explain the proper use? I've noticed people in articles and journals frequently add the citation along with some notes that they write on it. Is this standard?
