Need a Russian transliteration and translation for a painting!

A friend of mine is commissioning a painting from me of him as a communist revolutionary in the style of old Soviet propaganda posters. My design has a couple things on it that I would like to be in Russian, but sadly I do not speak this language and don't understand the Cyrillic alphabet.
The thing I need transliterated is Nauheimersgrad. Using some internet transliterator, I get НАУХЕИМЕРСГРАД. (I need it in all caps). I have no idea if this is right, although I can tell that the end of it is by looking at city names on wikipedia.
The phrase I need translated is "People's Engineer Party", as in a political party not like WOOHOO PARTAAAAAAAY kind of party. Google Translate gives me "Инженер Народная партия", and I have no idea how right/wrong this is.

And what is Nauheimersgrad? Are you playing on city names like Leningrad or Stalingrad? How do you pronounce it? The Russian transliteration is pretty much taking exactly what you gave it, but it's pronounced "Nah-oo-hyay-mayrs-grahd".
Nauheimersgrad / НАУХЕИМЕРСГРАД seems alright to me as a letter-for-letter transliteration. Not much of an "H" sound in Rusian (either gets replaced with ч (ch) or х (kh) - but that's a light k). Nauheimers looks much more German than Russian, but I'm assuming it's a name. There's an abundance of diphthongs there that aren't prevalent in Russian. The "au" (or "ow" as in now) sound particularly presents a challenge. I supposed I'd recommend
НЮХЕЙМРСГРАД ...which would sort of sound like Nyoo-khaimers-grahd. But aesthetically it doesn't look as good to me (although I'd at least replace the и with й).
As for the political party, I've got: Народная партия Инженеров (National/People's Party of Engineers). But maybe there's a native speaker milling around with a better suggestion.

Yes, Nauheimer is said friend's last name, and yeah, I'm playing off of city names.
