To Buy or not to Buy?

Okay, so I wasn't able to afford comics because I didn't have the money to buy them through the month of October until now. I got my first paycheck, and I was wondering if I should go backtrack all the comic books I missed. Here is the list of them, let me know what I should do.

Batman and Robin # 5 and 6
Superman: WoNK #89
Action Comics #882 and 883
Adventure Comics #3 and 4
Batman #691, 692, 693
Red Robin #5 and 6
Secret Six #14 and 15
Batman: Streets of Gotham # 5 and 6
The Outsiders #23 and 24
Supergirl #46 and 47
Gotham City Sirens #5
Superman #693

    I got out of the singles biz for this reason alone.

    I tend to stick to tpbs now. every now and then i might pick up a #1, but for the most part I have started to prefer trades.

    So I would say 'not to buy'. But that's just me.

    Yeah, I was thinking about trades to, but the wait for the trades to come out is annoying. Although, you know, the whole storage problem with single issues.

    Actually, I was thinking about forgoing all of those and just buying the three volumes of the Annihilation story.

    The original Annihilation story? Yes, you should buy that instead.

    At least buy Secret Six #14 as it wraps up that storyline.

    Oh, Im totally going to buy those comics too, but probably two weeks from now, when I get my paycheck, And I am probably going to drop The Outsiders and either Gotham City Sirens or Streets of Gotham.

    They only had the second and third volume of the Annihilation story, so I didn't get that. I got Peter and Max fables book instead.

    DC and Marvel do a lot of reprints of older strips in their Essential and Showcase editions respectively!
