I remember a link from a while back, maybe in linksville, maybe SE to a web based comic maker. Not great but simple fun, and well abused by the forums. Anyone still have the link?

    I'm not sure what the one in the past was, but I did find one where you can create your own comic using pre-designed comic characters. I haven't really tested it out though.

    The one already linked is the best I've come across so far. But if you want something with a lot more functionality and options, there is a program called Comic Book Creator that I love. It's not web-based, but it works a lot better and you can get a bunch of different content packs for it (there is a new Marvel Superheroes one out that looks fun).
