Win7/vista program to monitor network utilization

I am looking for a program that will show me which programs are currently using network resources and how much.

For example

Firefox - 200k/s
World of warcraft - 50k/s

etc etc.

Netmon shows me a lot of information and it kind of helps, but it doesn't seem to show speeds. I am trying to figure out which program at various times of the day starts eating my bandwith for a few minutes. I understand this could be an issue with the connection itself but I would like to try narrowing it down/ruling out programs on my pc first.

Open up task manager, hit the Performance tab, then click the Resource Monitor button there. The network tab should show you everything you want to see.
