How do you get a signature picture?

    Any picture that fits in the size requirements (listed in the rules thread) works. You enclose it in
    [img]your picture url[/img]
    tags and you're done. To make it move, choose a moving picture. Unfortunately you cannot have the best signature. Someone else does. Sorry!
