Audacity Effects (Audio Editing)

I've got a project due soon and I want to added an effect or two to some parts.

One part involves a PA announcer and I was curious if there are any ways to make it actually sound like PA announcer with some echoes and what not. Also, there's some inner monologue going on towards the end and I was curious how I could make the voices sound hollow and as if they were inside someone's head.

    For the second part, try using the DJ EQ in Audacity; it'll sound really hollow if you pull the Low and High sliders down to -70 dB, and leave the Mid slider alone.

    edit: you'll have to bring the result back up to a normal volume again

    There is an echo effect under the Effects menu in Audacity for the echo, works fairly decently

    Yeah, pull out the highs, also, compress the shit out of it
