One time, Jimmy Olsen tried to infiltrate a secret league of bearded men and then was forced to grow a beard that was eventually shot off his face by a burglar or something.
For a game that focuses primarily on decimating a third world country, I found Bad Company to be incredibly boring.
It all just boiled down to blowing up as many of the exact same looking buildings with a grenade launcher as humanly possible. The plot was fun enough, though. I just didn't care about anything else in between.
Multiplayer was a bit better, though. I have to spend time gaining experience to buy weapons to blow up the vehicles that are everywhere? Screw that noise. That and not being able to fire down iron sights with certain weapons was annoying. Over all the whole experience was just kind of forgettable.
I think the more impressive thing would be that he's a Green Beret.
Green Berets kick ass.
Something tells me that his prime motivator for becoming SF was that he knew he could grow and awesome beard and that his talent for beard growing would go to waste outside of SF.

It's also in Afghanistan, modern-day.
Basically they heard of Modern Warfare and are dressing accordingly.
Here's hoping they treat it respectfully.
I wasn't saying this, exactly...that's just how it appears.
I actually prefer the Medal of Honor series to the Call of Duty series, at least if we go way back (MoH, Underground, Frontline).
Plus DICE is making this! I like DICE.
From a narrative standpoint, maybe.
But a third-person shooter from Konami? Ehhh
Yes. It's pretty disappointing that it's done for.
Yes.
And the upcoming second one.
And Battlefield 2.
And Mirror's Edge.
And Midtown Madness 3 but I'm the only one who remembers that game.
Awwwwww. I'm already disappointed with this game.
DICE is only making the multiplayer.

the man just came attached
I think the most impressive thing is that his weapon still fires with all that sand caked in it. His beard must intimidate his gear into working.
No man should have that kind of power.(Twitter)
