Dude i've lost 15 in past two week!
But my weight is all fucked up so I don't even care what it is anymore, in the course of two weeks I can go from 185 to 160 to 175 to 165 back to 180 so as long as I stay at 185 or below I guess i'm fine :P

Pooping can be annoying and waste a lot of time.
I usually try and poop sometime in the mid/late evening, when I have nothing much else going on.

Go into the bathroom, turn on the heater, get comfortable with a book or game.
