TV swap (gameing) good deal?

i have a sony kdl-32w4000 and i have had it about a year love it to bits amazing tv.

someone wants it and has offered me a brand new kdl-37w5500

anyone know whats this is like for gameing and films?

do you think its a good swap

    Have you looked it up on cnet.com? They usually have pretty good reviews.

    Is this person a close friend? Because I'd be very suspicious of someone who offered to trade me his brand-new 37" for a 32" that is either out of or soon to be out of warranty.

    yeah its a family member. they have a budget to buy a tv. and they have found a good deal for the 37inch but they think its too big. ( i think they are getting the 37inch for the same price as the 32)

    so they has sagested swapping. as my tv has 2 yaers on the garentee left. and they want the 32.
