Insurance reporting requirements?

So I'm in Colorado, I was at finals today and someone scraped my rear bumper with their car. They left their phone number, I called this girl and we're going to exchange insurance info via email. Do I wait to report this until I have her info or do I call now and tell them I don't have the other drivers stuff yet?

    Call now tell them you don't have the other drivers info yet. Give them her name and number though.
