Everyone gets 5 extra Cheat Points to spend EXCLUSIVELY on spells or Parapsychic talents/abilities. Everyone also gets another 4 general-purpose Cheat Points, for a total of 15 Cheats with 5 required to be parapsychic/magic.
Tenacity 6 minimum. No crybabies are in Global Operations, Surveillance, and Tactics. You must know at least three languages, and have a rank of at least Adept (3) in at least three skills(one of those must be a combat skill.)
You are allowed to raise one skill to Expert (4) if you wish, but this costs 2 skill points.
Tagers are obviously disallowed, as are the Mystically Void and Outsider Tainted Drawbacks. The Engel Synthesis Interface won't be allowed either, as you wouldn't be a GhOST then.
Duty is 3. Your Authority is 3. You get these automatically.
That should cover it. Feel free to take any personal equipment you want. Any vehicles/mecha you wish can be requisitioned.
People should discuss what roles they wish to fill in the squad. We'll need a squad leader, a sorcerer, and someone with arcanotech skills at the very least. Other roles that aren't quite as 100% needed but will be useful: Weapons Specialist, Power Suit/Mecha operator, Infiltrator/Ninja, Face, Parapsychic engine of destruction, etc.
Additional note re: Xenomixes and Zoners
We're starting in 2085. That means that Greys can be up to 19 years old, and Whites can be 18. That's not very old. Xenomixes are required to have Misfit at level 2, just for being in the GhOSTs and being so young. You'd also better have a good backstory.
Zoners are an even further outlier, since they're very, very unstable. They're also powerful, so it's not completely out of the question. But you'd have to think of something really convincing.

I could not get out of Hong Kong. It was the acceptance of this fact, first and foremostly, that saved my life.
I love the Chinese, though was never particularly fond of China itself. That was the wonderful thing about Hong Kong - all the pleasure of dealing with perhaps the most ambitious, intelligent and honest people I'd ever met, with little of the abhorrent air pollution or fascism present in the mainland.
The first thoughts to circumnavigate my mind when it became obvious that the People's Army was not going to be able to hold the line against the Rapine Storm were, oddly, that I was glad I had made the decision to renew my Z Visa and continue with my english-teaching career in China rather than trying for an E1 Visa to go for a better paying job in Seoul. If I hadn't, I'd never again have been privileged with seeing the vibrance and beauty of my most cherished city.
Priority for evacuation, as it should have, was given to Chinese national women & children. The authorities were without relent in trying to get as many people out of harm's way as they could, and for all of the criticism I could lay at the feet of the government officials, they chose to be last individuals to board any ship departing the peninsula. I did not trouble myself with joining the desperate many trying to escape - the endeavor would've been fruitless.
I had no intention, however, of simply laying down in the street and awaiting my murder.
For all their ferocity and grandeur, the beasts of the storm lacked much savvy or direction. They saw someone, they charged at them. They heard a sound, they moved to investigate it. No doubt this was sufficient for them when plowing through static lines of defenders when engaged with conventional armies - but in the labyrinth of Hong Kong, it was a weakness that begged for exploitation.
There weren't many of us; perhaps a dozen at our strongest point of membership. We lurked in the office towers, apartment complexes and subway tunnels, and we made our would-be stalkers into our prey. The strategies were, at first, primitive; arranging pitfalls and pungi sticks, or crushing targets beneath heavy obstacles. As we grew more proficient in slaying the monsters and learned new methods of assassination from our ever-rotating member roster, the strategies escalated; crossfire ambushes, improvised explosive devices, building collapses and use of the fiends' own arcane power eventually erected a mountainous body count.
I became very damn good at killing the enemy.
There were three that the NEG GhOST team sent to investigate found. After a thorough debriefing and examination, I was conscripted into the organization.
The rest, as they say, is history.

Background
So it didn't bode well for Ed when his psychic abilities manifested during boot camp. He managed to get through the obstacle course in record time.... until everyone quickly figured out that Ed was getting some psychic help. He became a registered para-psychic, and was renounced by his entire family. Distraught by this turn of events, Ed turned to the bottle to drink the pain away until he couldn't feel pain anymore.
He's a Ghost now. A damned good one, if he's anything to say about it. But time can't heal some wounds fast enough.

Every war machine needs i People keeping the gears running, was what my father used to say.. soldiers couldn't fight if their mecha wouldnt run, or their guns jammed. I spent my early years with him.. after the first war he spent his time fixing machines in a little shop in london. I miss the people there, the quaint charm of a historic nation... they had a past we lacked, and it fascinated me. Then he was gone.
Some of our kin, loyal to our old masters came one night, needing him to service their armaments like he had during the first war, he would have none of it... he was dead before security forces could arrive and I was alone. Their soothing words did little to appease me, I drifted away.. losing myself in the crowds of the cities, forgetting school or old friends and devoting myself to a new passion.
I wanted to see the world, not the world presented to us through propaganda and lies, the truth beneath it. It took me years, learning to break Transmission encryption, scour Computer systems for hints of the truth. I saw that behind every noble Leader is the darkness, the corruption and the terrible Deeds they do... Bunch of Hypocrites and fools.
I heard whispers of the true threats and delved into the lore, scouring tomes and getting myself registered, learning the dark secrets and unholy Truth. I found contacts and suppliers, spending my time gatherin such a wide group of knowledge some came to me for my services... I was arrogant back then, drunk on the power of knowledge.
I hit a nerev one day when my safe house was breached, individuals without faces and without names gave me a simple choice. I could take the fight to that which I knew of, or be executed for crimes against the state. I took their offer, my safehouses Whiped clean, my accounts drained... this is what I had been waiting for since the day he died... I will guide the sword into the heard of those who would bargain with the unknowable, whose arrogance deems themselves to control the power that could corrupt the world.

Okay, so. Rather than running a full-on game session tonight since almost everyone is probably busy with family/friends, I'm going to be running a character review/prep session for anyone who shows at 9PM MST, in #CFCthulhutech on slashnet,
