Starting in Safe Mode w/dual installs

Quick Question: To fix my World of Warcraft launcher file, it seems that one method I can use involves launching xp in Safe mode with networking. My problem is that I have XP and the Windows 7 RC installed on two partitions. I am able to select safe mode for the Windows 7 installation, but on the XP one("Older Windows installation") no such option exists. Does anyone know how I could get safe mode running?
